Billionaire Boy's Club Tries Hunting
For their Fall 2009 Collection Billionaire Boy’s Club tried something pretty different for them- a large, tiled hunting pattern. While it looks good on the t-shirts they produced, we’re not so sure about the blazer Pharrell has on below.
The print is seriously reminiscent of the Ralph Lauren look from a few years ago similar to the tie below. Those Polo ties seemed to be on an...

Lily Allen as the New Face of Chanel?
Models are still losing out to celebrities with this new handbag campaign from Chanel- it features Lily Allen as the new face of the brand. Karl Lagerfeld personally chose Lily for the role, and shot the photographs himself. (You can even see Mr. Lagerfeld in the foreground of the picure below.) The bags, which will be released this September will start at around $1,500. Many have said the...

Kate Moss into "Global Entertainment"
Kate Moss recently signed a deal with Simon Cowell, and Topshop Owner Sir Phillip Green to venture into a “Global Entertainment” brand. The brand would combine the fashion and stores of Green with the TV programs and music business all in an effort to rival Disney. While Cowell and Green stand to conquer the world with this new project, this payday (reportedly $80 million) would make...

Nike Sportswear Retort
Nike Sportswear has only recently updated their site to showcase the rest of their new collection. Presumably they are trying to match Adidas’ SLVR site. I have to say they have out done Adidas, combining the a the lookbook into a video and showcasing the products in a full screen layout.

THIS is what we really wanted you to see. The best showcase of the women’s side of the new Adidas SLVR line.

National Shirts That Make SENSE
Ralph Lauren’s flag polos are a bit guady, just like the “big pony” collection. Instead of draping a flag over a shirt, someone has finally come up with a respectable way to show national pride. For his 2010 collection Fred Perry revealed a preview of his World Cup Collection. Fred knows that qualifying is still underway however, and if the United States, or any other country...

AC Milan Looks Good in D&G
It was only a few years ago that NBA players started to dress up before and after games. Then at press conferences… they didn’t exactly look their best.
After Paul Smith designed for Manchester United and Giorgio Armani for Chelsea FC, Dolce & Gabbana will now be outfitting AC Milan, as well as the Italian National soccer team. Not only will they be designing the match uniforms...

Adidas SLVR Fall 2009
As far as sport brands go, Yohji Yamamoto always had the upper hand with his Y-3 collections for Adidas. Now, however, there is a lower end version. Meet SLVR, a sleek new collection from Adidas. The New York City store recently opened at 103 Wooster Street.
The clothes all have very simple lines reminiscent of some Prada sportswear collections. There are even sweaters, blazers, and trench...

This is NOT an animation. NuFormer, a digital media company has produced projectors that create 3D images on buildings. With the projectors mapped to fit any building, the displays can be used for anything.

Nike Sportswear 2009
After the bland Nike “White Label” collection several years ago, Nike seems to be making a stab at fashion sportswear again with their 2009 collection. The neon windbreaker jackets are more technical than anything, and the polos…. well they may look nice but in the past they’ve never been cut to a proper fit. Either way the clothes are well highlighted in their new...

We don’t mean to be boring with all these Lance Videos, but now Robin Williams is in on the Tour de France with Lance? Lance seems to have some funny and amazing friends. He is doing more for the Tour and cancer research than Beckham did for U.S. Soccer, and never seems to stop. If you haven’t yet, see Armstrong’s Twitter feed, it is as if he is handed his phone immediately...

Barbour for J. Crew
J. Crew has released this Barbour Bedale jacket in their own vintage wash. Once again J. Crew seems to succeed in taking a classic piece and using it to enhance their brand’s style. How many more collaborations of this caliber does J. Crew have?

Urban Outfitters Custom Bikes
After branching out to sell some small goods like paper pinhole cameras, urban outfitters will now sell BICYCLES. For $399 you can customize each color of one of these fixed-gear bikes to make it as “unique” as you want.” But for such an inexpensive bike, it’s unclear what kind of quality you’ll get. Urban Outfitters paired with Republic Bikes for this project, a...

Missoni Hotel
The new Missoni Hotel opened last month and, somewhat surprisingly, was not quite as covered in their zig-zag patterns. This hotel is in Edinburgh, and there are plans to open another hotel in Kuwait this fall, one in Cape Town for the 2010 Olympics, a Missoni resort in Oman in 2011, and eventually an “ecological” hotel in Brazil. The hotels are an effort to promote their Missoni...
