David Guetta and- Everyone Else
Two of the Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Rowland, Akon, and Ne-Yo all have appearances on David Guetta’s new album “One Love.” You can expect some catchy songs, after all he did produce the B.E.P.’s “I Gotta Feeling.” The best part of this album has to be the fact that we get another glimpse of Kid Cudi’s work. Yes, he also collaborates with Guetta on the...

Roman Signer: "Action Sculptures"
This is some of the strange newer work by artist Roman Signer. The works are a bit obscure at the very least. In other videos he is being dragged in a kayak behind a truck until the kayak wears through. Works such as these are “action sculptures” as they often leave behind some sort of aesthetic quality. In the above video he is actually holding two fireworks in each...

The Bike For NYC?
Olympic cyclist Chris Boardman thinks that THIS bicycle will be common in 20 years. Common? The bicycle is activated by your fingerprint. It has a battery to help up hills, and its tires are supposedly puncture proof as well as self-inflating! Right now it is only a concept, but Boardman says “it could be built now if there was a will. All the technologies are already there, it’s...

Windows by Luc Dratwa
This set of photographs by Luc Dratwa were taken on the 66th floor of Rockefellar Center. The exhibition entitled, “Windows” is the artist’s first solo exhibition. It was certainly prudent to print them in drastic proportions. The photo’s are printed 1.5 x 1m in order to emphasize the gravity of the skyline and the dramatic effect of peering through the windows.

Stitched Up Bike
The bike was built from scratch by Nicholas Yvars for promotion of his company Ateliers d’Embellie, where he sells his leather goods bags as well as his artwork. The leather was meticulously hand stitched to the tubes. The FLASK under the seat is a particularly nice personal touch. Unfortunately this single-speed will not see production. Mr. Yvars insists his “Leather x...
