They Both Bite: US Vogue Editor Anna Wintour and Daughter in Paris
Known for telling Oprah to lose weight for the cover of Vogue, Anna Wintour recently let R.J. Cutler film her magazine’s operations. Called “The September Issue” Cutler was allowed free reign in constructing whatever he wanted of his Vogue access, “I want to make it very clear that he had complete freedom to put together the movie he wanted and it’s not in any way Vogue behind him telling him what he can and cannot do.”
Last week the film was released at Sundace Film Festival in Utah.
Many speculatd Anna, 59, was being considered for Ambassador to France, but in the film talks about retirement. The film is due for release in the US this year, and will also air on A&E.
